Implementation
Bridging has long experience with the automation of business processes in the area of CRM, Supply Chain Management and Finance on the basis of Oracle e-Business Suite and CRM on Demand. We take care of the entire lifecycle of projects; the definition of the business case, translation of business processes to Oracle e-Business Suite, set-up and deployment, integration, conversion, testing, training of users, go live and, of course, aftecare and support.

Migration and Upgrade
In addition to new implementations, Bridging is very experienced with running and managing migrations and upgrades to a higher version of Oracle e-Business Suite, such as to release 12. Independent of the version the upgrade or migration takes place, we will supply you with a realistic advice and deliver within time and budget.

Project Management
Bridging performs its projects on the basis of a combined approach of the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and PRINCE2, which creates for our customers a ‘best of both worlds’ solution. The general approach for reconciliation between PRINCE2 and AIM consists of on one hand from the replacement or supplement of the general PRINCE2 processes, with the specific AIM processes, and on the other hand, from the tuning of product and management stages. From experience, we learned that this approach is practical and easy to adopt.

Project Audit
Bridging reviews by means of a project audit if a project is carried out effectively. We are an independent third party that reports transparent on the state of the project and the way in which the project is running. This provides advantages both for you and your implementation partner. The audit shows which components require attention to conclude the project successfully and to achieve the desired objectives, for you and your implementation partner.

Optimization
Throughout the lifecycle of an application, the optimization, and efficiency of the business processes, supported by the Oracle e-Business Suite are key. Business processes, and the way these are supported change continuously. Next to this on a regular basis new functionalities are added to Oracle e-Business Suite, as well as new technical capabilities of the Oracle products. In addition, often not all the capabilities of the application are applied after go-live. We can advice you about the best possible use of the Oracle e-Business Suite and support you during the implementation of the necessary changes.

Application Management
Bridging delivers application management services, dependent on the wishes of the customer in whole or in part. Bridging effectively delivers application management and ensures that the business processes are supported most effectively. We offer several options for application management, including onsite, remote, or a combination of these.

Application Training
As part of an implementation or upgrade project Bridging provides the Oracle e-Business Suite and CRM on Demand end user training. We provide general and bespoke training, customized to your requirements and wishes. The most common training courses consist of training for end users, key user and application managers.

Applicatietesten
Bridging supports or performs all the test activities on both technical and functional area. The test scripts are drawn up, in whole or in cooperation with Bridging. We have adopted the Tmap and ISTQB methodologies for the delivery of the tests .
